Bryan Swann, a Master in Public Administration candidate, is a public servant and public speaker/entrepreneur originally from Maryland. He has led and coached hundreds of public servants, business owners & executives in business, personal development, and leadership. He currently
serves as a Deputy Director leading budget formulation and budget execution for the headquarters of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Additionally, Bryan has held several other key leadership positions, such as White House Leadership Fellow at the Executive Office of President – US Digital Service, program manager for several presidential programs at the White House Military Office, and several leadership roles at Department of Defense, Home Depot, and ING Investments.
Bryan has also served on a number of boards in both the public and private sectors, where he has provided valuable insights and strategies on creating high performing team to achieve results and add value. He continues his community work by facilitating achievement and success seminars to various organizations. Bryan has a BA and MBA from Robert H. Smith School of Business at University of Maryland and is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute-Leadership for Democratic Society. While in undergrad, Bryan, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, has also received several medals and awards for outstanding service following a tour in Iraq. In his free time he enjoys mentoring, financial investing, fitness, salsa, and traveling.
