Debbie is a Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School and a co-Chief Operations Officer of the Black Policy Conference. She is a 2018 Donald M. Payne Fellow who will be joining the USAID Foreign Service upon receiving her graduate degree. Previously, Debbie has worked in education policy research at the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning. She is interested in finding alternative education solutions for children in post-conflict countries. Debbie graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems.
