Julie-Ann is pursuing a Master in Public Policy focused on health care policy. She spent this past summer at Massachusetts’ Medicaid program looking at their pharmacy program operational model. Prior to HKS, she worked at Accenture in their Health and Public Service Practice on a Medicaid system implementation project in Iowa. Prior to her introduction into health care policy, Julie spent her undergraduate career focused on economic development, working at the Office of the Prime Minister of Jamaica as well as studying and working in Shanghai, China. Post HKS, Julie-Ann will continue working in health care policy and delivery, with the hopes of fusing her passion for community empowerment with better healthcare delivery systems. She is chair of the Black Policy Conference.
