Larry Harris, Jr.

Larry Harris, Jr is a cannabis activist and investor, musician, a writer for HuffPost and Hypervocal and co-founder of the nonprofit, GenBridge. He co-founded the political action tank United Leaders his senior year at Tufts University and ran the organization for six years. He then left United Leaders to finish his MPP at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. After graduating from Harvard, Larry worked as a consultant at the Monitor Group before leaving to move to Miami and co-found a record label where he was an artist and managed the label. He writes about current events, cannabis policy, national politics, music and mental health policy. He has served on the board of many nonprofit organizations including City Year Boston and Common Cause Massachusetts.
