Sharnelle Morgan is a second-year Master of Public Policy student at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and is also the Vice President of the Black Graduate Student Association. She holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management with a specialization in development studies from Carleton University. Sharnelle has breadth of development, international relations and policy experience working across sectors in non-governmental organizations as well as for the Government of Canada at Elections Canada and Infrastructure Canada. Some of her interests include social and urban policy as well as diversity and inclusion. Sharnelle is elated to be working with students from the Harvard Kennedy school for their 15th annual Black Policy Conference.
