Sherwyn is a second-year Master in Public Policy student at the Harvard Kennedy School. He graduated from Howard University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. During his time at Howard, he served as the President of the Caribbean Students Association as well as a Student Ambassador for the School of Business Student Council.
Prior to attending HKS, Sherwyn was a senior associate at Goldman, Sachs, & Co. in New York where he worked in the Operations Division in both the Investment Banking and Equities Trading Operations Department. Sherwyn is also extremely passionate about political and economic development issues in his native home of Trinidad and Tobago. In 2013, he co-founded an NGO geared toward increasing public awareness and engagement on the political, social, and developmental challenges facing the country. Sherwyn is an avid soccer fan and enjoys cooking and hanging out with friends.
