Sophie Feintuch is a first year Master in Public Policy candidate and the Program in Criminal Justice fellow. She chairs the Criminal Justice Professional Interest Council at the Kennedy School. Prior to coming to HKS, she directed the Children’s Rights and Child Protection program at Human Rights Education Associates. Sophie has previously conducted international research on mothers and children in prison. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Vassar College and an M.A. in Women’s and Gender Studies from the Universidad de Granada and Central European University.
