Panel Manager: Black Wealth Creation & Entrepreneurship
Tiffany, a Mid-Career Master of Public Administration candidate and Sheila C. Johnson Fellow with the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, has over a decade of work experience working at the intersection of leadership development, philanthropy and social good.
Most recently, Tiffany served as Senior Associate for Echoing Green’s Black Male Achievement Fellowship Program. In this role, she supported next-gen leaders dedicated to improving the life outcomes of black men & boys in the U.S. Prior to this, she was the My Brother’s Keeper Engagement Associate, where she partnered with Senior White Administrative officials to support President Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Challenge. Also, she worked with Deloitte LLP team on the launch strategy of The My Brother’s Keeper Alliance. Furthermore, she worked for Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter’s Philadelphia Youth Commission, AccessMatters’ CDC teen pregnancy prevention initiative and provided consultation services to various organizations, as an independent consultant.
She is a former Fellow for the Center Progressive New Leaders and former member of Young Involved Philadelphia’s Emerging Leaders. Black Youth Project named her top 100 black youth leaders and the NAACP awarded her the Humanitarian Award. Currently she serves on the board of directors for non-profit organization, WeThrive. Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree from Temple University & holds a certificate in leadership development.
