Reine Rambert grew up in both Alabama and Illinois. After studying Government at Georgetown University, she worked for Deloitte Consulting LLP, serving clients in the federal government working on transportation, health, and clean energy/sustainability. Before HKS, Reine was working with the Department of State on a project aiming to increase electricity investment and access in eleven nations in Central Africa. Prior to Deloitte, Reine also worked for the U.S. Green Building Council, the US Department of Justice – Environment and Natural Resources Division, and the Georgetown Center for Social Justice. She is passionate about climate change and all social issues that affect access to opportunity.
