Sophie Dover, a Master’s in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School, is a community impact specialist with a focus on racial justice, economic equity, urban development and community health. Before joining the Kennedy School, she served as Senior Policy Analyst at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), fighting for affordable housing protections under the current federal administration. Having worked as a patient navigator at a community health clinic in Boston, community organizer in Queens, and an external affairs representative at a real estate firm in Brooklyn, she is exploring ways to advance community-led change and social accountability.
